In our solution, we have serveral WPF projects. In talking with some of our Microsoft friends, we discovered that there is a known Hang issue in VS2008 SP1. After the discussion we later added a pre-build step to our WPF projects that deletes the contents of the obj directory within the project. This seems to have significantly reduced the issues we have been having here.
Since doing that, I have encountered only one hang; so it is quite likely that this is not a Whole Tomato issue. |
