There's a problem where if I have two tabs open at the same time for the .h and .cpp files of something and if I use the refactor options to move implementation to the .cpp then I cannot simply click back in the text area of the other tab and have visual assist pick up that I have swapped back to the original .h window. I have to click the tab for that .h file to get it to work.

Reproduce Error:
1. Open test.cpp and test.h into two tabs.
2. Click and drag one of the tabs to the side of the text area to make a second text area for that file.
3. Create a class and write two functions with inline implementations.
4. right click on a function and send the implementation to the .cpp with the refactor option.
5. click your mouse cursor in the editor for the .h again and right click on the second function. Here a grayed out menu appears instead of the regular options.
