VAX 1649, VS 2008 SP2.

Alt+M, backspace.

The box flickers. This is quite irritating when you want to restart typing and hold down backspace for a second...

I tried it with various function lengths, various keyboard repeat rates but I don't see "extreme" flickering.
It disappears for every keystroke but for a very short period of time.

How many functions do you have in the listbox?

Around 100 functions.

When I hit backspace the first function is pasted into the edit field and then removed immediately - causing the flickering.
