I am using VAX v10.5.1727.0 with VC6
on Vista Business 64Bit SP2.
VAX is the only enabled plug-in, disabling it resolves the problem.

When I open the Tools>Options>Format Dialog and click on an option, it randomly either crashes or the OK button has no effect. But it never works.
