Hi, guys, I noticed that the data files in C:\\Documents and Settings\\IBM\\Local Settings\\Application Data\\VisualAssist are so huge, about 2GB. and my C disk has only left 200MB space.

Can anyone give me an option how I can set the data folder on other disk, such as E.

Many thanks!

After changing the user data directory, is it safe to delete the old one? i.e., delete C:\\Documents and Settings\\<USERNAME>\\Local Settings\\Application Data\\VisualAssist\

Yes you can safely delete this. Even if you delete an active directory, VA will simply rebuild it. Just make sure the IDE is closed when you delete this.
