Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Create new MFC application
2. Add new menu entry e.g. ID_FILE_QUIT
3. Open resource.h, choose to rename ID_FILE_QUIT

In the rename dialog the .rc file is not displayed, and the id
is not renamed in the resource file, resulting compilation errors.

This is currently a known limitation, and it is on our list of things to fix:
