Hi,
I was trying to upgrade to Visual Assist 10.6.1827 but I then discovered my maintenance period was expired after I tried using my key and Visual Assist displayed an error message.
I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling the previous version (1738) and now it says my key is invalid. What's wrong?
Thanks,

Jo+?o,
Please make sure to enter all lines of the key, beginning with the email address, into our Enter Key dialog. It should look like the example at http://www.wholetomato.com/purchase/faq.asp#enterkey . If you continue to experience trouble, open a support case at http://www.wholetomato.com/support/contact.asp and include a screenshot of your entered key and the resulting error message. |

Ok, it worked. The text file I had access to only contained the license number. Just as a suggestion, it would be nice to separate those fields (License to, Expiration date, License number) in the License Input dialog so this kind of confusion is minimized.
Thank you very much for the help.

Not if that makes copy/pasting the key more difficult. |
