Hi, I bought VAX on the 11th of April last year as a single-developer license for 149 USD. That option doesn't exist anymore and a 'personal' license for 99 USD has been added that states it doesn't support maintainance renewals.

So is my version still counted as one of the types that can be renewed?

Edit: I had a years support so I'm guessing yes, but don't want to place a renewal order and then find out :)

I was worried about this too but not any more. Thanks for clearing it up! :)

DFx_Tech,

Thanks for your inquiry. The following products are eligible for maintenance renewal:

Visual Assist 6.0
Visual Assist .NET
Visual Assist X (except Personal and Academic licenses)

Since you purchased Visual Assist X, you are eligible to renew maintenance. Also, note that you may renew maintenance at any time; there is no penalty for renewing after the expiration date.

Please let us know if we may be of further assistance. Thank you for using Visual Assist X.

Yes, you can renew your license, but I will ask Kevin to write about the details, just to be sure.
