 2. VA Navigation Bar controls are displayed over docking panels (I have them all with auto hide option).

 case=44413

 I am seeing the same problem here. This is currently being looked at, hopefully we will have a solution soon.

                | icStatic | Posted - May 22 2010 : 10:55:58 AM I saw a flickering issue in VS2010, it was not VA causing it though, it was another plugin called 'PowerCommands' - I disabled that and the flickering went away.

 As for the VA Nav bar being displayed over the docking panel, I've seen this as well.

 I too have the docks set to autohide and the nav bar at the bottom of the window and not at the top.

 VAssistX -> Enable / Disable Visual Assist X

 I'm just wondering if it's a Visual Assist problem or not. Do you mean the title bar by VS caption?

 I don't think VA ever touches this. But if it is a VA problem, we will investigate.

 Point 2: I am seeing the same effect here and put in a bug report for this:

 case=44413
