On the other hand a G?Make InlineG? would be nice tooG?

on automating VA refactoring? Not so useful after Add Similar Member though, since that is an interactive refactoring.
Make inline... have you considered using Change Signature to add the keyword "inline" to a function? *considers* having a "Move Implementation to Header File" refactoring would actually make sense:
