Well maybe IG??m G?old schoolG?, but I never (well very, very rarely) implement functions in the class definition. So IG??m constantly doing G?Move Implementation to source fileG? after using e.g. G?Add similar MemberG?.

WouldnG??t G?where to put implementationG? make a nice option?

On the other hand a G?Make InlineG? would be nice tooG?

We are trying to avoid adding options to these refactoring operations, we are trying to keep them as simple and easy to use as possible.

Have you seen this FAQ entry:

on automating VA refactoring? Not so useful after Add Similar Member though, since that is an interactive refactoring.

Make inline... have you considered using Change Signature to add the keyword "inline" to a function?
*considers* having a "Move Implementation to Header File" refactoring would actually make sense:
