Somehow I dont like the "fix" for the HCB. Now it does not show anything anymore, except for some rather unrelated symbols. You took the "hovering" out of the HCB it seems. Talking about VS6.
I agree. And while we're on the subject, why is that an edit control in the HCB? When I type stuff into it, nothing happens. It should be either a static control, or a read-only edit control (preferably the latter, so I can copy its contents to the clipboard).
Weird - Spy++ says it's an Edit control. I guess technically it's the edit part of the combobox.
But when I double-click on the icon (boy, is that non-discoverable, or what?), I get a half-line dropped down! What's suppossed to be in there? (Or is that a bug you've already reported?)
