Up/down arrows in suggestion listboxes work correctly.

1038 seems to be fixed; I can't make it fail anymore.
958 is excellent - it even remembers the ones you selected last time - Great! There's just one little problem - Ctrl-click selects correctly, but it should also unselect. That is, Ctrl-clicking on an already selected item should unselect that item.
The HCB also seems much improved. I'd call 973 fixed, too.
Hey, you also fixed 982, 997, 1009, 1011, 1012, and 1019!

Fixed problem with focus in SIW and FIW fields. (1011)
Fixed problem with pasting into SIW field. (1012)
Listboxes no longer colored if Enhanced Syntax Coloring is not checked. (1019)
We typically refrain from listing all bug fixes, particularly minor ones. We assume people see a new build and install the build regardless of the specifics.
