Scrolling the text editor (C++ source) with the mouse wheel doesn't work very well. I flick the wheel with my middle finger, and it probably 'clicks' about 4-6 times. This generally scrolls the text editor by 2 lines, but every now and again it scrolls by the 20-30 I would expect. Rotating the wheel slowly doesn't seem to help, either.
