I installed VAssistX and, as seems to be the norm with addins, none of the VAssistX keybindings were there. I tried to use the button in the options menu to '[Reset] Toolbar and assign default keybindings'.
However, after several attempts at doing this (even closing and restarting .NET 2003), no keybindings for VAssistX were ever set up.
If it helps, my keyboard mapping scheme is a custom setting (mainly because I'm always having to manually assing addin bindings).
