When you hover over a builtin keywords (e.g.: __int64) the HCB shows the list of all builtin keywords, but all these keywords show an empty tooltip when you hover over them in the HCB. The HCB does show ALL known builtin keywords even if they are not available in the current IDE or project type: e.g. managed C++ keywords in VS6. Interestingly it also shows #defined symbols when they start with __
