 1216: Alt-G doesn't open file for #include

Hi,

The previous VA will try to open the file if I pressed Alt-G on a #include "file.h", but VAX 1216 does nothing.

I have no problems with this feature.
The only problem is, that is does not work if you caret is at the start of the line.

Strangely, it works now. Yesterday, there was this time where it didn't now. I believe rebuilding all the symbols and removing the temp file helped.

Even VAX should open the include file when the caret is in front of the # sign.

I still ca not use Alt-G when the caret is before the # sign. If I am in the line it works.
Just tested it with build 1218!
