While the visual studio is running, update of the dsp file from Trolltech's QT makes the Visual Studio sense the change and display a dialog regarding the finding of a new DSP file. Until now everything normal, but...
The error is only in VA X no tin the old version: in the workplace window, the beginning of the tree of the data files is shown, while the tab in the lower part of the window remains set as "Classses".
When I click this tab to see the classes tree the window begins to update itself (the efect is blinking of the frame) continuously and pretty soon I cannot click anything in the tree anymore.
There must be some infinite loop somewhere due to the incorrect setting of the workplace tab index after an external update of the DSP file.
The workaround is to close the visual studio and start it again, but it is most annoying. |
