It seems each time I install a new version of VA X my templates get nuked.

Where should one place user templates (i.e. the text that goes in the various .tpl files)

VA X should prompt during install. We assume you did not get the message, "Do you want to install the latest versions...?" Was this the case?

Is the date on your machine correct?

Are the dates of the subdirectories in your VA X installation directory reasonable? Of the tpl files in \\Templates?
