I don't get the parameter list tooltip help with .NET functions if I let VA expand out a method name from it's dropdown list box.
If I type in the full method name and actually enter the '(' myself, I get the parameter list tooltip.

What build of VA X do you have?
Is "Use Default Intellisense" enabled on the "Text editor|C/C++" node of our options dialog?
Is your "dropdown list box" a complete list of members, or is it a suggestion listbox with tomato icons?

It's build 1219.
The "Use Default Intellisense" was not enabled, but I enabled it with no effect.
The dropdown listbox is a complete list of members.

We cannot reproduce the problem. Does it occur for all methods?
What character do you use to select a method from a listbox?
If you press Ctrl+Shift+Space after the selection, does parameter info appear?
Can you post or send a small snippet of your screen just before accepting a method name for which parameter info will not appear?

It seems to occur most of the time
I use either tab or enter to select from the listbox
ctrl+shift+space does make the parameter info appear
