With VC++ 6.0: start debuging (F5), put a breakpoint somewhere in the code, open VA X options dialog, make the application to hit the breakpoint, try to close the options dialog.
When I do that, the "Cancel" button does nothing (although I can see it depress and return), and the OK button causes VC6 to crash:
