VAX build 1221 just attempted to restore files from a version previous to the ones that were actually saved after devenv crashed. Needless to say I disregarded the restored version, but this behavior is severely broken. |

Ya know, I always say "No" to that prompt when VAX asks, because subconsciously I learned that it always does the wrong thing. (Unfortunately it never trickled up to my waking mind.) Anyway, yeah, my experience is the same as yours...

Crash? Which crash? (almost) Never saw a crash of VC or VC.NET. |

Yes, let your fingers from MFC, use ATL, WTL and STL (just remember awsome). Saves you lots of troubles
No, seriously, the only thing which regularily crashes VC for me is the resource editor (bitmap resources). Otherwise its just fine. |

I had a crash when I did a search with regex across multiple files. Do you use regex often? |

Define often. Occasionally I use it, no problems with it so far. |
