When first opening Visual Studio / VC++ 6.0, the ClassView, ResourceView, and FileView panes are blank. Simply switching to another tab causes them to be repainted, and there's no more problem (until the next time I reopen VS).
Not a showstopper, but certainly an annoyance, and a confusion for the less-experienced users.
