As I type in the line of comment, I notice that the contents of the Wizard bar are erasing, then re-displaying, then erasing:

The pattern is, when I type an alpha character, the contents of the Wizard Bar are cleared; when I type anything else - numbers, punctuation, or whitespace - they are re-populated. This is very distracting, especially if you type quickly (I would imagine)...
