Annnnnnyhoo, even when you don't get a response, I'm sure they read all our posts. If you could post (or email them at [email protected]) a screen shot demonstrating the problem, and all your info (from the Visual Assist Options dialog, on the "About" screen, click the "Copy Info" button to copy it to your clipboard), that would probably give them more information to work with.

We understand Chinese comments in tooltips do not appear correctly. We will have related fixes, primarily for our German customers, in the next build. Chinese will work better, but not yet tooltips. The task is ridiculously difficult -- multi-byte is done differently in each IDE, eg VC++ 6.0, VS.NET, localized versions... Language packs, encoding options on files, etc, are factors.
We continue to make progress. You will need to wait several builds, eg about a month, before any chance of having it all work perfectly. |
