 autotext doesn't take my entry		  New Topic  Topic Locked

I entered the bold part of the following into the autotext editor and it isn't doing anything.

//-:
// -? [%MONTH%/%DAY%/%YEAR%]
//d:
// debug GKH [%MONTH%/%DAY%/%YEAR%]
///:
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////


I changed the //-: entry right above it and that worked.
Is this a VAX problem or am I doing something wrong?

VA X accepts autotext entries with // and a special character. VA X assumes a new symbol begins when you type the alphabetic character.

Current behavior is by design. We will revisit the issue to see if it needs changing.

For now, pick "deb", "gkh" or "//+" as a name.
