at home i use Offline Explorer Pro for this sort of thing. it allows you to replicate a website in your HD, which you can then read quite happily offline
you could try the demo, grab the website and then uninstall the demo. the obvious problem with this is that the offline copy slowly goes out of sync, since it isnt being updated.
What would be very useful is if the WholeTomato team used a tool like Offline Explorer Pro to generate automatically an ofline copy of the documentation every time a new version of VAX is released. It could be included in the new release.
This way, the offline documentation will always be up to date with the current version and the WholeTomato team will only have the website to keep up to date.
