 installed 1225 for the first time, said expired

I just installed 1225 and it said my version was expired. I had been undergoing issues previously with 1223, but va 7 worked fine. When I uninstalled va 7 and installed 1225 it said my trial was expired.

and before anyone asks I did not use any cracks etc. the only explanation i MIGHT have is I may not have uninstalled one of the trials before installing its successor.

I just installed 1230 and used the serial mailed to me for the first time. The expiration warning is gone but the program still does not work. Tool bar and menu options are still unresponsive and there is no coloring.

Our VSIP integration succeeds but our add-in fails to load.

Do you have any other add-ins installed?

Can you zip and send us the va.log in "c:\\Program Files\\Visual Assist X"?

Build 1233 fixes the problem with "tool bar and menu options are still unresponsive."
