The nice feature of showing a fragement of the code at the opening curly bracket, when hovering over a closing bracket seems not to work in C# under VS2003.NET. No tooltip shows up.
There are several problems with hovering tooltips for braces in C/C++. It is fairly easy to get random tooltips, and often difficult to get any tooltip at all.
The feature needs an overhaul before we advertise it, or include it in a build for that matter. It is experimental at best.
