Looks like your template file "cs.tpl" is hosed. Make any changes recently? Do you have "Suggest bits..." enabled? If so, does disabling fix the problem?
no. nothing at all. It looks to me like for some reason the autotext was messed up with a previously used buffer which contained the namespace from the current file. But the reason for poping up here in the first place, is a mistery to me.
