Here is a screen shot of what I am talking about. This is happening with VB.NET and CSS files.

Your completion listbox is from default Intellisense.

Try deleting the NCB files associated with your projects.

Thanks, but that does not fix it. Also, this propblem started immediately after I installed 1239.

I can get the behavior to occur in a completely empty file. I just create a new css file and the problem exists.
