I've been using Visual Assist for a couple of years -- love it and have never had a real problem.

Tonight I upgrade to 1239 -- I don't remember what build I was previously running but it was maybe a month old or so. So, I upgraded tonight and it works in Visual Studio 6, but when I start Visual Studio 7, it starts and a popup window comes up titled Key Expired. The window remains empty and Visual Studio appears hung.

What can I do?
