OS: Win XP w/SP1
Dev: VS.NET 2003
PlugIns: VAX 1239 / CodeSmart 2003 / CodeRush for .NET 1.0
When I close VS.NET there is the following error, after I install CodeRush .NET (CodeRush .NET and CodeSmart 2003 or CodeSmart and VAX works fine together):

And this just with VAX and CodeRush .NET ...
Any solution?
