If syntax coloring tooltips is turned on I only get a tooltip for the first parameter, tooltips disappear after that. I hit ctrl-shift-space like mad but nothing pops up. If I disable coloring in tooltips everything works fine. I'm using C# in VS .NET 2003.
I take that back, it just works better when tooltips coloring is off. However it seems that hitting escape if the tooltip doesn't show seems to allow ctrl-shift-space to work.
