Hi,
I get the following error message at installation.

Error while unpacking program, code 2. Please report to author

Anyone has an idea what is going on? I have uninstalled and installed
and rebooted a few times without success. I'm in W2K environment.

Hi,
It turned out the culprit is SoftIce that should be disabled for Visual Assist to
work or install properly.

We permit licensed customers to run our software with SoftICE. Only during trial cannot you not run the two at the same time.
