This option has stopped working for me and I get it working again.

I've tried:
* Installing latest version
* Changing the colours used.

Any ideas?

grasping at straws here, have you tried turning this off and then on again:
VAX Options -> text editor -> correction

i recall a bug report about this no longer working if you scroll the source code sideways... have you done that?

What font do you use for text?

Does the problem occur with Courier New?
