With intellisense: When the choice is selected either by typing or positioning (down arrow) hitting space, ;, or . will cause it to use the selected item.
With VAX build 1246 When the choice is selected it occasionally gets it when ; is used. It never allows me to move through the selections with down/up arrows. It ignores my [space] and ignores my [.]
As a result, uising VAX 1246 (this is the first build I'm trying) makes my job twice as hard to do than without it. I really hate having to move over a selection and double click it to select something. I have also had situations where VAX does not pop up the methods of my objects when typed in my hand and the [.] is hit.
the standard settings are to accept suggestions with either Tab or Return. you can set VAX to accept a suggestion with any character that is not a valid symbol.
i have never had the problem where you cannot move through the list with the up and down arrows
