After doing a clean install, clicking the options button for Visual Assist does nothing.

Did you let VAX-Install reset Toolbar/Menu etc.?

Yep, i believe it only asked for the toolbar when i upgraded (from 1246) the first time. When the options button wouldn't work, i uninstalled visual assist then reinstalled. It don't remember it asking for the clean install.

We assume you have VC++ 6.0 since you were prompted only about a toolbar during install.

Did you do anything to stop the license check during startup?

We suspect VA X does not like your license. Send an email to [email protected] with confirmation of your purchase, and we will return the activation key you should be using.
