I have a function called CMyApp::Trace(). I searched for it by looking for App::Trace using the Find dialog. It was found, and the matching text, App::Trace, was selected in the source code. The partial word "App" was then underlined by the spell-checker. The underlining disappeared when I clicked somewhere else.

1272, VS.NET 2003, C++.

We cannot reproduce the problem.
