If I have a line like
#include <atlenc.h>

And the cursor is in front of the # ALt+G does not work and open the include file.

would you expect it to? personally i would expect to have to move the caret into the file name before alt_g will work.

*experiments* interesting, alt_g works in several places on this line, but not all places.
