So I can use VA for C++, but disable for C#.

why would you want this? *puzzled*

if you only switch languages now and then is using the enable / disable option on the VAssistX menu sufficient?

I have a lot of mixed C++\\C# solutions.
Because VA is essential for C++, and I want to use Resharper. Since they both take over the editor, and since Resharper only works on C#, if I could disable VA for C#, I would be mostly there. It seeme unrealistic to hope for both to work at the same time, so being able to use one for each language would be better than not at all.
