i have activated comment spell check, and unrecognized words are red underlined. Context menu over those words gives some alternatives as it should. using the spell check toolbar button on the other hand opens a dialog that should probably give the same alternatives but instead only suggests the currently used word.
it's not annoying or anything as i didn't use the button before, but i thought i should report this
