So here we are with build 1301... I love your product and have no problem with the concept of paying you $59 for support renewal - after all it's been a couple of years since I first bought the product. How the heck do I do it? I see nothing guiding me to a page that lets me send you the money.

You will have the opportunity to renew when the next build it available.

Since your renewal term starts the day of renewal, there is little point renewing before there is a build worth getting under the covereage.

Expect within a week.
