Hi! I try a newest trial version, but after installation I don't see the visaul Assit run with VS C++ 6.0 I tried several times but it still doesn't run with VC6.0 Could you tell me why
We assume you did not get any errors during installation. If so, tell us what they are.
If you have a system debugger running, try disabling it.
Do you get the VA X splash when the IDE starts?
If you have other add-ins installed, try disabling them temporarily to see if you have a conflict.
Use Tools|Customize|Add-ins to enable the VA X add-in or if not present in the list, navigate to and select VA_X.DLL in the VA X installation directory.
yup, i didn't get any errors during installation and the VA X splash when the IDE starts, but then the VA X add-in doesn't show at the toolbar and I also can't see th VA View in the IDE.
so i check Tools|Customize|Add-ins to makesure the "Visual Assist X add-in" is selected and make a toolbar for the VA X.
then I click the VA X Option button. but it hasn't any response. and so do the Enable/Disable button. all other button is not available because the VX is not active.
do you have any way to make the VA X active when the Enable/Disable button doesn't work?
