I am running VA_X.dll file version 10.1.1301.0 in visual 2003.
When typing "#d" or any prefix of "#define" and trying to complete the word it ignores the prefix and rewrites "define" - the result is "#ddefine" and in case I wrote by myself "#define" it completes it to "#definedefine"

What is your "Keyboard mapping scheme" in Tools|Options|Environment|Keyboard?
