I'm back (new job and they want to evaluate this software).

As the subject says, unnamed bookmarks are no longer saved between session in VC6 with the latest release build.

can you not just tell them it is wonderful software?

using VC6, win2k and VA 1422 unnamed bookmarks are saved if you turn this on in options. by default it seems to be off, which confused me slightly.

it is a silly question, but have you checked this is turned on? also are you in a position to try 1422?

This was fixed after 1419 (case=609). There is a workaround for 1418 - go to your Visual Assist installation directory. Go to the Misc sub-dir. Make all the files read-write.

feline, I checked it several times to make sure it wasn't being unchecked for some reason.

Making the items read/write in the Misc folder fixed it.
