The function 
void AddNewRejectURL(LPCTSTR psz);
does not show up in the definition bar? It does not make a difference in which of the two lines the cursor is, only function one shows up.

confirmed. for me this only goes wrong in the .h file. as soon as you swap to a cpp file both overloads are listed by the definition bar
