The double tooltips bug is back.

After inserting a function from the completion list, which has overloads, VAX shows the tooltip for this function (with comments), and behind appears the VS tooltip with the up/down arrows.

We will keep looking for this to happen ourselves.

Obviously, a repeatable scenario is easiest to debug.

do you have a tiny test project floating around? i wonder if this happens there as well. your main code base seems to be quite "interesting" , so i wonder if that has anything to do with this.

Tiny test project? Nothing with less than a few hundred files and nothing I could send you over just so. Sorry. But you knew that.
I'm just using lots of STL, templates, shared files and multiple projects. Besides that, the code is really clean. No macro tricks, no includes of cpp files, etc. All nicely put in context with brackets.

i was wondering if you get the same effect if you make a new default project, and do some limited editing in there. probably not, but it is an easy test if you can spare a few minutes to try it.
