I would like to know if its possible to post a list of features, bugs, bugfixes which are included in this release.

I have so far identified a few bugs which where declared as "fixed in the upcoming beta" but obviously are not in there yet.

It would make testing easier to know what not to look for.

Also, maybe you could give us the "Issue Number" from whatever bug tracking software you're using> It would help us keep track of exactly what we're conversing about, and help keep us from submitting the same bugs to you over and over. (I.e., you could say, "The bug you reported is a dupe of issue 1234; please check the bug list at http://www.wholetomater.com/vaxbeta/buglist.htm ", for example.)

A simple reference to the forum entry would suffice

Hey, since I can't do anything with VAX, how 'bout I write a web service to let us get at the data behind their bug tracking software? Then we could add our own bugs! Even better, I could hook in VSS remotely and check out files! Then we could fix our own bugs!

Okay, maybe not...

Well, eh, dont know. But, maybe you could start an "alternate, Open Source" installer for VA X?

While we appreciate interest in access to our bug tracking, frankly, we have a hard enough time ourselves keeping it updated. We thought we were busy before but after this week, and with help from Uniwares, we have reached new levels.

We are working diligently to fix as many problems as possible in the beta while we support customers of the general releases.

We will issue a list of fixes with each build then compile a list of outstanding issues after several builds. Somewhere along the way, we will introduce a new web site.
