Hi,
The Replace function is very useful and I use it almost every day. But when it modifies an identifier in more than 100 files, it takes very long time to open all of them. (With so many files, there is anyway no other choice than saving them all), and when working with source control it is not a problem to perform a wrong replacement.
It would be so nice to have a check box "keep modified files open after replace" on the replace box (like VS search and replace has).
